What is your refund policy?

All orders and payments are processed within 1-2 business days following the receipt of your order.

Should you decide that you no longer want the product or service you have purchased BEFORE we have started any work on your behalf, we will provide a full refund, minus any processing fees or miscellaneous fees we have incurred.

Due to the nature of our business, we factor in “man hours” for planning, editing, administrating and delivering our products and services to our clients.  Should you decide that you no longer want the product or service you have purchased AFTER we have started work on your behalf, we will consider a pro-rated credit toward any future purchase you want to make, depending on how far we’ve gotten on your project.  We will always strive to be fair and reasonable about providing a refund. Do remember, we strive to have projects completed within 3-5 business days.

Should you not be happy with the final product or service, we will do our best to rectify any situation.
